How much notice do you require for booking visits?
We appreciate as much lead time as you are able to give but we understand that last minute trips are possible. We will accommodate if availability allows. Holidays bookings are appreciated ahead of time.

Do you charge for cancellations?
No. Things happen. It is most important that we retain a mutual relationship so therefore, we understand that trips get cancelled for various reasons.

How many times a day will you visit my kitty?
That depends on your needs and location. Medical needs often require twice a day visits and they may be shared with another qualified sitter. Medical needs cats always get timing priority. We will visit your kitty twice a day if preferred.

Do you come to me for a meet and greet before I book?
Yes. We prefer to come meet you and your furries and do a comprehensive review of your particular needs. You will feel much more comfortable if you meet us first and we get a handle on what kind of kitty you have.

Do you charge for a meet and greet?
No. First consultation is free of charge and you are under no obligation to use our services.

Will you visit FIV or other medically compromised cats?|
Yes. We do not discriminate but may need to take extra precautions so as not to transmit to our other clients.

Will you send me updates and pictures?
ABSOLUTELY!! Whatever you would like to make you comfortable with your dear in our care.

I have a Webcam - How do you feel about that?
We have no problem with webcams as long as you are upfront about it ahead of time.

What if my cat has a medical emergency or runs out of medication?
Rest assured that we will immediately contact you or if we cannot, we will use our best judgment and get your cat to the veterinarian on file or a 24 hour emergency care facility. We ask that you always leave us pertinent information about your vet and put us on file for payment there.
